Title: Time to get your Ice Rods and Vex out
Post by: davidhoheisel on October 05, 2010, 10:00:49 PM
If you want to have some fun? This is a great time to get your Ice Gear out and start fishing. I know there is no ice but there are plenty of docks to fish off of.

Starting Nov. 1st, you can fish off of the docks at Alum. This creek is starting to turn on. The crappies move in and there are day's that you can hammer them on VIbe's, Grandpa Bobs Jigs, Jason's Jigs and Jigging rapalas. We also will catch Smallies and

I am sure there are many Marinas you can fish off of. You can call the state parks and find out when the boats are out and Tthen you can fish off of them with permission. I know this is the case at Alum but should check with all marinas.

Get out and have some fun. The ice will be here shortly.
