yeah evinrude i know how ya feel i fell in a parking lot at the funeral home couple weeks ago and im still hurting. it was a good ice year and now its time for soft water.. i hit up the chagrin at the ball park , the riffels, and olsd daniels park dam, water was a bit high and dirty. next day hit the rock wandered all over my bud hooked a good fish but it ran around some dead fall and snapped his line ... spawn sacks under a float worked... tried spoons, jigs, ect no hook ups... it will only get better as water temps climb... joel glad your wills is fixed, and ya got out, see you guys out there

hit up west branch with a couple of my icer buds. went on at the big marina and out by the wall, there was about 5 6 clear and 8 of frozen slop, color was nice, we were in 30 ft off the docks marking fish, using maggys and minnows we caught about 12 perch extremely light bite.. i was using a small tung jig w maggys and a gold pimple w minnow. you had to drop your bait in the mud take slack up in your line and slowly wery slowly reel up then smack.....once the bite slowed down to zip we packed it up,
