Anyone want to get one started. Rules will be take a pic of the fish and post the most fish wins tourney will wast til the end of jan. Anybody have any other ideas just post them. Winner will get a vibe lure,

Thats A great idea but what is the prize and who is the person who is gonna supply it. I was thinking any one that enters has to supply the winner with 2 ice jigs or something similar

i cant supply much but what the heck im in
what counts a picture of each fish or how are we gonna do this
would you want to do biggest fish in length or pounds
cant do smallest fish we all could buy a minnow and win LOL
or most unusual like a carp or catfish ??

I like this idea. Lets keep getting some more ideas. Maybe a certian species each week. Whomever catches the bigest one that week wins. I could try to get a lure company to donate the product for these tournaments.
Lets come up with rules by this week end so i can contact a lure company.

Sounds good david, do we want to go for the biggest or the most fish caught. Fish caught on ice only count and pic needs to be taken with a newspaper some how so we can see the date. keep the ideas coming lets start monday with saugeye.

I'm thinking a printable logo per week

Jonny is right on it. I can have a logo with the tourny date on it. All fish must be photographed with logo and measured with a ruler. Mouth closed to tail. Largests fish wins that weeks prize.
What do you think? Maybe we actually offer a prize for each species. Saugeye, Bluegill, crappie and perch.

David sounds great lets get this thing going. Lets try to start it monday, do we want to do saugeye, bluegill, crappie and perch each week or one per week. How species do we want to do also, jonny I like the logo idea. I have seen these tourneys on other sites so I thought what the heck lets try this here.

Can walleye count, I don't have saugeye around here, but I do have gills and a few crappie/perch but I'm concentrating on gills

My designer is making a logo entry form that you can print off that i can change the Date each week. It will have a species we are fishing for that week. Take a picture with entry form and a ruler. Mouth closed to top of tail. Largest fish will win a lure. I will provide the lures. As this grows I will try to get more companies involved. The more participants the better the prizes. Pass it on to your friends. Pro Staff can compete in the tournament.
I hope to have it up by Sunday Night. Tourney will run from Monday till Till Sunday at 7pm. Winner and new entry will be out by 10:00 pm Sunday night.
