Sun Chaser Sortfishing Charters. Captain Ron Lamont. 419-262-9400. Out of wild wings marina. He has a cottage on the lake that he rents out. He's a good guy. Does a good job.

I think that I saw Dave pull out a syringe and inject that fish with a growth hormone. Thought it was a crappie when he pulled it out of the water. All kidding aside, congrats to both of you. If young Josh comes down from Toledo, we're all in trouble.

Same here. Looks like Felix Unger's tackle box. That would last about half a day with me. When it comes to organization, either you're anal or you're not. I've learned to accept the challenge of an unorganized tackle box.

Yeah Chris, kind of funny, mentioning Dave placing in the last 3 tournaments. He kind of fishes away from everyone by himself, and I have noticed that at the weigh in, he has half of the bigger split shots that he started out with.....just saying ..... Great to have you back Chris. see you Saturday.

Got the flx-28 at the end of last season. First used it at Erie, and fell in love with it. The separation on the zoom is phenomenal.

Was reading a Michigan fishing report, and they are fishing the south shore of Houghton Lake. Catching Walleye, Pike , and gills.

Your going to love your new vex fl-28. There's a little learning curve, so read the manual before you first use it. If you have any questions. There are a lot of guys fishing the dock tournaments that have this model. Don't be shy to ask for help.

Good choice going with the shorter rods. Most shantys/flip overs are not designed to fish longer rods. I have a 2 man clam Yukon flip over. It weighs 95 lbs without any gear. It functions well when set up. Only complaint is that the door is on the front. I would prefer the side. Tough to pull if there's snow or drifts on the ice. My next flip over will likely be an otter.
