Anyone setting out from Miller launch?

Are any folks setting out from Miller Launch, rather than Catawba?  I ask because I'm fixing to walk out on Saturday but it sounds like parking at Catawba will be maxed out hours before I can get started.

I personally avoid that area like the plague. There was just enough warm up earlier this week to thin the ice over there. Stick with catawba and park on the ice if you have to. Reports of a lot of current in the Miller area this past week too. Be safe and good luck!

i'll be heading out of millers(hopefully) tomorrow AM, I'll be on foot and don't want to make the long walk out of Catawba, I have all the safety gear and really hope not to use it. going to be a day trip, anyone want to meet up call or text me 330-47two- nine37two JON   hoping to be at rickards at 5am when they open
