fished northend inbetween the island and bouyline, brought home 3 eyes 7 crappies, lost 1 eye on the vexlar line, threw a few crappy back, some nice crappies today, and stopped at lindas and picked up my entry form,

fished from morning to dark, bad day out there today, fished the north end at the bouys, hopefully tomorrow is a little more productive, gonna try more towards rattlesnake island out front, theres a slight channel out in front of the island,

i was out there tonite at the third bouy marker, caught a few nice crappies, fished till dark, the fog came in you couldn't see 10 foot in front of you it was kinda eerie, you can,t miss my vehicle its the only one there with pennsylvania plates, i will be there as much as possible this weekend, the fishin is picking up

i fished the north end tonite from 3 till 6:30 out between 3&4 caught a couple real nice crappies, everyone i talked to said the eyes are slowly starting to hit also, the water is a little stained but it was worth going out tonite, gonna start hittin this end hard

i'm gonna try the north this afternoon, i'll let yea know how i did. i always liked fishin the north alittle better than down the south end. in the spring and fall i like the south

fished from 1 till 7 this afternoon out in front of the cemetary in 14 fow off the hump, couple crappies on a blue silver kastmaster 2 eyes on gold kastmaster tipped with minnow, anybody else fish mosquito today? anybody fishing it tomorrow? the wind was terrible, lots of snow and drifting on the lake, good luck out there, still alot of guys off 508 ramp today, anybody fishin the north yet?

fished from 4 t0 8 o'clock this evening off of 508 ramp in 12 fow caught a few crappies as soon as i got there, nothing after dark, trying the hump out in front of the cemetary tomorrow, looked like quit a few people up there, was alot off 508 this afternoon, nobody really hammering them, atleast everyone i talked to said it was slow

would love to go out today, i gotta get this sled done, my shanty is just to hard to drag on this snow, i had all summer to do it and i knew it had to be done but i couldn't stay off of Erie long enough to complete it, fishing first, work second the old lady maybe third, hunting is in there somewhere between first and second though LOL have fun good luck and be safe i will catch yea out there someday

I'm gonna head out for sure this weekend, just not sure were I'm gonna fish yet, looks like we will need the sled dogs to get out lol, I gotta get my sled finished, it is gonna be rough without one, seen some neat ideas on here for a few so I'm gonna get to work on it, but i will let you know whats goin on so we can met up and atleast bs .

are you gonna fish the buoy line up north? i tried there and in the channel out front of rattlesnake island and didnt have much luck, that was a week ago though they might be getting active i think its just a little early yet for the north, thats just my opinion though, hope you have better luck than i did, i think im going to stay hittin the south a little harder for awhile, i will let yea know either way, good luck and be safe.

i fished the same area saturday and had the same results although the guys beside me started picking up some eyes right at dark, i couldnt hang around my buddy i was with was sick that day and came out anyway with me, he just got so bad out on the ice i had to get him out of there, i have been fishing the north end thats why i decided to try the south, really slow action up north

hey thanks for the welcome, there's some good ice fishin over here on the Shenango Reservoir in western Mercer county for crappie and eyes, and in Pymatuning also
