platin' hookey tomorrow. 4 day weekend, fishing every day.went out tonight for a little while (7 hours)
got 5 average bluegills, 1 keeper crappie that i buried in slush so it wouldn' flop down the hole, (but it did)
hooked a monster fish and after a 10 minute battle landed a channel cat as long as my arm on 2 # line
. brought it home for pictures and there's no batteries in the camera. fish is in back of the truck. if the neighborhood cats don't find it i'll take pictures tomorrow. was gonna get an early start tomorrow, but i'm out of bait, so i gotta wait for the bait store to open. worked today, been up 22 hours. good nite all.
