All,
Did anyone go out on a boat last weekend? If so did you take note of water temps? I'm curious on whether this warm spell had increased water temps much?

Went to Indian Sat. but only used my Vex so I didn't get a temp reading.

It would be interesting to know the temps. With this cold spell coming water temp will play into how quickly lakes freeze......
-
A guy that I work with was there Saturday , and said the water temperature was 43-45.
-
I heard mid 40s as well but the source was borderline reliable so I didn't want to say anything. Looks like he was right.
-
So are few degrees to cool down then......
-
water temp on lake erie at Marblehead area wed. 1-25-17 was 33 degrees.
-
sat out of huron it was 33 also.

All the little ponds in my neighborhood are glazed over today, could this be the start of round three!

Hope so. The snow will help cool down the inland lakes. Hopefully by next weekend we'll be on somewhere!!
