Title: Byckeye Ice?
Post by: CFosterI on December 15, 2016, 11:33:54 AM
Has anyone checked Buckeye Ice yet? I was thinking of trying it Friday but don't want to drive an hour if we haven't got enough ice. Any info would be appreciated.

I went to Bugeyed Lake this AM to check ice condition and IMO the ice is not trustworthy yet. I found difference in thickness between 1" - 3" in just a few feet of distance. And with the weather that's on the way, I wont be on it anytime soon :(

It just locked up a couple days ago. If we don't get that much rain we may be good this time next week. Hopefully
