Went out to the campground today with my dad. We moved around a bit  and found a small brush pile and using pin mins and waxies bouncing off the bottom it was dink city. So we moved in closer and found the weeds and started getting a little bit bigger fish in about 4 fow. We were just looking down inside the hole and watched the fish take the lure, it was by far a great day being able to sight ice fish haha it would've been better had the fish been bigger though. the ice was about 4in but a lot of cracking and gulping sounds going on, I will probably not go back there for awhile considering when I left there were about 20 shanties up and the ice was swiss cheese

You going to be at the camp ground HoleHopper? Im heading out after work hopefully. Doesn't sound like there's much danger of being out there alone but on this ice I want to make sure there is some one near by.
