Very cool, was the 28 everything you expected, looking forward to checking it out, unfortunately I won't be able to come to Alum this Saturday, but am planning on being there on the 15th

Thinking about getting an ice shelter this year would like to get something with lots of space (my ice rods aren't normal short rods, rather they are 4'6" UL rods hence the need for space), anyone have any suggestions

Looks like I won't be able to make it Saturday after all, if I do it will be late. Will be there on the 15th for sure, hopefully I can get the flx-28 tutorial then. Good luck to all that fish Saturday

hi all, spoke with slab today about vexilar flashers and after doing some research have decided to go with the flx-28, but i won't get it until xmas so if anyone has one that they wouldn't mind letting me see at alum on Saturday i would really appreciate it so i can be sure that its the one for me

Thanks slab, you say it's a good one to learn on does this mean it is an entry level flasher I'll out grow? Is there something else I should look into?

hi guys I've never had a flasher before wasn't really sure how they worked and after seeing Dave's and a quick lesson on Saturday at the tournament I'm looking at getting a vexilar fl-8se, is this a good choice

Thanks saw guy, I bought some minnows before I saw your post I know for next time, hopefully my minnows will be ok for tomorrow, bucket has an aerator so fingers crossed

Just want to be sure Saturday is still a go, I will need to get some minnows today for tomorrow, unless someone can tell of a place close to Alum Creek that will be open for me to get minnows Saturday morning
