I was below Hoover on Saturday night below the dam.
I caught a nice 3lber on a power bait minnow and i snagged one which i released. There was a lot of guy's that were snagging them and keeping them. One was over 10lbs.
I wish ODNR could be there more so we could keep the fish in there for the guy's who actually know how to catch them.
