the plastics they have nowadays is better than they used to have.  price does'nt sound  too bad.  we should see if they need field testers

I HAVE a new Black Betty reel, along with one of 13 Fishing's Wicked rods! This is NOT the Black Betty combo!  I'll include the link so everyone knows what they offer. I'm impressed with the quality of their products!! That Black Betty reel is aluminum, not plastic, and is very rugged yet light!! The Wicked rod has a solid carbon blank, carbon-divide reel seat' and performace guides!! The rod I have is 25" light action! The quality is outstanding on both rod and reel and now all I need is ice!!!
