Fished the Everstart Series on lake of the ozarks last week. Had a great time and yes I caught some fish. In practice I was doing pretty good on my tube baits in 10 feet of water that had deep water close. The first day of the tourney I drew a guy that did alot of jerk bait fishing and it was not condusive to my style but learned alot about jerkbaits and the lake it self. The second day I drew a guy from missouri and he was in 4th place. He was fishing shallow around docks with a jig and did well. I did catch 2 late in the day on a wiggle wart but was to little to late I finished 84th out of 136. Well gotta go and start getting ready for Kentucky Lake in 2 weeks and hopefully do better.
