Ice Gear for Sale / Clam 2000 hub for sale
« on: February 03, 2016, 03:38:21 PM »
I have an extra hub shanty that I have decided to sell. I'm loading up for a trip to Little Bay de Noc and was going to sell it up there, but decided to list it here before I leave this week-end. The shelter is a hub style CLAM XL2000 BIG FOOT.It has been used one week-end at Houghton Lake Michigan and performed flawlessly. I simply have way to many shanties again !!! $200 and it is yours !!!

Just out of the box and fully assembled and outfitted for the icefisherman to fish out of today. Frabill Predator>>>> READ the REVIEWS, this TOP of the LINE shanty is ready to go today. Fully assembled (2-3 hour job)
and outfitted with hyfax rails for the bottom of the sled, I have a travel cover if desired, and Frabill's towbar designed for the shanty. I'm not sure it gets any better than this guy. I've never seen shanty poles as good as these in my life. 900 denier outer canvas. I don't know haw anybody could be unhappy fishing out of one of these.

I have a CLAM BIGFOOT XL2000 for sale as of this evening. Was used once and is in _as used once (great) condition_. Did it's job on HOUGHTON LAKE, Mi on a -12 day with wind chill at - 35 degrees. Stayed warm and toasty allowing me to fish in a sweatshirt. The shanty comes in a nice over sized travel bag. Material is a very warm and durable 600 denier. Available for your upcoming ice fishing outing.  $225.00

Anybody ever ice fish on Griggs Reservoir. It's around Columbus. I was just wondering if it freezes over. I've never been there, but it is close. Is Buckeye Lake a better opportunity ?

« on: December 26, 2013, 02:02:43 PM »
Hello,     My Lake of the Woods, Mn ice fishing trip has just been wiped out by the upcoming -50 wind chill temps. Anybody ever try Cadillac Lake in Michigan or Lake Mitchell or Houghton Lake. Trying to come up with something on short notice for my son and I. Thanks for any first hand
in-put!!!
