Today we had about nine inches under us, water was fine. Bite was slow.

Things are looking up. We have caught some nice eyes in the last few days.
Water is clean, ice is fine.

Yesterday afternoon the fish turned on. We had two over eight pounds. Green and silver #7.

These were two of the fish we got Saturday. It still hasnt kicked in to a full blow bite but its
starting to get better.

Really appreciate the updates. Gear is spit polished and ready for the big lake! Think comin off out of millers on quads or catawba will be a safe bet Saturday( not going all the way to PIB..just far enough to get on em')?

I could put up some nice pictures from last year however I have a pig from today.

Was it luckey #7 or was it the luckey red hat?Nice fish.Since there ain't much goin on,throw up a pic of that hog from last year.I bet you had on the luckey red hat for that one too.
