Title: 12/6/11 from the docks
Post by: HardWater Junkie on December 06, 2011, 07:30:26 PM
Fished the docks today with the ice gear with little to show. Caught 1 carp with a gold vib-e. Was surprised when I brought it up that it was hooked in the mouth and not snagged. It ran about 15 lbs. Also got 2 white bass and I actually caught a minnow somehow.lol

That's suprising.  At first glance, thought it was a muskie.  That lake's loaded with them.  We need to try thru the ice for some of the toothy fish this winter.

I talked to a guy on the docks and he said they we catching several walleye and muskie. I may go back this week and give it another shot. its alot better then sitting around the house waiting on ice.
