Title: Barton & McKarns Lakes

Did a drive by today. Barton Lake is 80% locked up and McKarns Lake is still wide open.

NO Ice is Safe Ice....

Moved this from general discussions. Possible to add the lakes to specific lake report section???

1/4/14  McKarns still open. Barton locked up but snow covered. Consider it UNSAFE as there is creek that runs through it that is fed by the river. Did not go out on ice as I was by myself.

No Ice is Safe Ice!!!  Check your own ice as you go!
