Hi All,
Does anyone know what causes the ice to make a "glug" sound every once in a while? Is it something I should be worried about?
Thanks in advance.....
Andy

"Glug" Is air trapped under the ice traveling as the ice moves or something else moves it. If it sounds like a intergalactic war, ice is growing. if it sounds like twig's snapping ice is moving (could be growth or Loss)
You get this a lot on Indian when a group of snowmobiles are riding towards you on early ice. The group makes a pressure wave that sometimes glugs out of your hole!
