Indian Lake / Re: 2 inches of ice in the channels - skim on lake
« on: December 12, 2011, 02:28:16 PM »
I think your right about that. But i dont think its to far off. There is a 13 acre lake infront of my house that is still locked in. the water temps are low enough i dont think 2 days of warmer weather with a little rain will mess it up to bad

I am dying for some good rabbit spots to hunt. Have a few but have been flooded. I am willing to pay to hunt. I am also wanting some ponds to ice fish this winter. also willing to pay. I live in north central ohio and willing to travel up to 45 min to hunt or fish. Can do catch and release only if you prefer, i usually only keep pan fish anyway. reply,pm here or email at [email protected] or call or text at 740-725-4289. I have been hunting for about 15 years and fishing longer. I am very responsible and respectfull of others lands.

Thank you all,

The crappie fishing is absolutely great and there are alot of nice gills in there. You may alos get a white bass or two and if your really lucky an eye.

Killdeer Reservoir / Im fishing it this year!!!!
« on: December 06, 2011, 11:13:28 AM »
So whos with me. We all talked about going last year but we never got the chance to do it, seemed like something always got in the way of us getting together. So who wants to get together this year and ice some fish. I would like to try and target some eyes and perch, and some bullgills!!!

Was just on the dnrs website and alum and deleware are not on the top 5 list for crappie in central oh. They have oshay as #1, which i agree is very good. But i think del should be near the top if not #1 Myself and the few guys i fish with catch countless numbers of 12 and 13'' fish every year witha few 14's and at least one 15'' every year. I have yet to get on the monsters throught the ice but i know they are there.

here is a link to the map for amick res

http://www.dnr.state.oh.us/Portals/9/pdf/lakemaps/AmickReservoir.pdf

And the other one is amann res and i cant find a map for it I belive this is the one that sits closest to the rd and amick is the upground above it. I also cannot find any info on the Dnrs website for either place maybe some members can chime in on this?
