Shanty ID question

Just got my first shanty (frabill trekker dlx 2man) and was wondering if it is required to have your name and other info in the clear pocket on the outside, or is that optional, don't want to get busted for something silly like that

It says it is required in the rules/regulations pamphlet, but I have spoken to a few ODNR reps and they have all said it is not really enforced since your lot allowed to leave your shanty out, no permanent enclosures.

A  few years back I was checked and didn't have mine marked either. They recommended I do it and I did put it in the pocket like yours. Figured next time they might start enforcing.
