Be careful brothers! I checked a lake yesterday and walked on it no problem. 3" of ice. I got a feeling of false security and am giving it two more days. Good luck!

people were on 1st 2nd and 3rd pull offs yesterday. talked to a guy on the 3rd and he said it wasnt ready but still guys fishing it.

I went by Long Island on Sunday and drove out past the bridge. The parking lot on the right, right before the bridge had no parking signs and had rope and poles strung up. Stupid question but does that mean we can't park there this year? I know they always say its illegal to park there but everyone does.
