Title: Any advice for mosquito lake?
Post by: Infantryman4545 on January 03, 2018, 11:08:06 AM
I have never fished mosquito lake but have heard nothing but good things about. Lots of big crappie and good walleye. If anyone could help me out with bait advice, and some good spots on the lake to try out or best place to park  it would be a huge help. I am probably going to go tomorrow morning. Any advice would be great. Also if anybody wants to Pyle like to meet up that would be cool as well. Thanks!

I live in central Ohio but heard they are getting fish. Wasn't told the area or thickness.

Fished an ice tournament a couple years ago and prefished and had some luck with perch and gills up by  the sanctuary.  Long walk from the bait store, so you might want to have transportation on the ice or find parking close to that area. Person who won tournament walked far from the starting point to get there. Also heard that people have done good with Walleye there.
