Are you able to fish in the main channel, or are you pretty much just sticking to coves. I plan on getting out on some hard water this weekend, and was considering Delaware.

Someone on another forum said that " Columbus owns the land under and around Oshay. Ice fishing isn't illegal though (unless it's a new rule). Call ranger cell phone with any questions: 614-648-6019"

You stated that it was Columbus Parks and Rec...? He is out of his jurisdiction, Twin Lakes is in Shawnee Hills, not Columbus.

yea it was good solid ice , and for the most part it was clear , but the closer you got to the main reservoir the more cloudy the ice was , but still thick. I was marking fish in just about every whole at the 7-5ft mark in around 15-20 ft of water, but they had complete lock jaw.

I fished Twin Lakes (off of O'Shay) for 5 hrs today. Ice was a solid 6-7 inches , but the water was very muddy everywhere . Not one bite all day, was using a jig and maggot combo.

Anyone been to Twin Lakes yet , might finally have some time to ice fish this weekend , hoping there is some good solid ice on it , and the Crappie and gills are biting.

I am a very avid fishermen , but I primarily fish soft water. This year I want to dedicate more time to hard water whenever the conditions become safe, and would appreciate any advice.
I live in the Dublin area , and have heard a lot about these "Twin Lakes" connected to O Shay , but I have never been there...
Is there Public access to get on the Twin Lakes , or do you have to know someone?
Are PanFish the primary game or is if feasible to target Eyes, and Small Mouth?
Also are there any other Ice fishing opportunities in the Dublin area? (I am not asking for anyone to give up their honey hole, just looking for general bodies of water).
