Wingfoot ice conditions 2 to 6 of clear ice with some bad on top. Good catches of gills and crappie with a few perch some catches of 40 and better! 10 to 14ft seems best with bites on wax worm and minnows some on jigging baits. A customer reported a 23in walleye. Remember ice reports are averages always check your ice! GOOD LUCK!!

Mogadore Reservoir / Ice report for Palm rd.
« on: December 17, 2010, 01:13:06 PM »
I just got back from Palm rd. there's about 7 guys out. There's 2 to 3 inches of good ice and about 3 inches of bad. There's still some slush in areas but  with the low temps on our side and no snow until sunday we could get the gain we need over night. There wasn't much being caught, one guy was there before sunrise and done good for about an hour an a half then everything shut down so, early morning is going to be the time to get out. I'll try to get another report up before I close tonight, remember my thoughts on tomorrows conditions are only my opinion if you decide to venture out in the morning just be careful. I've also have had a couple customers heading out to Wingfoot but i haven't had a consistant good report yet but I'll keep working on it.

Mogadore Reservoir / Ice conditions for Mogadore and Wingfoot
« on: December 15, 2010, 02:34:22 PM »
The ice conditions of both lakes are not safe yet. If the snow will stay away, for the next week we're looking at high temps of 31 (at best) and the nights falling into the low teens. Under those conditions it won't take long.
