north of howard is frozen, everywhere else open. did check ice on east side of africa rd in the stumps, only has about 1", maybe a week, lets hope so.

Crv have you ever done any good in the stump feild??? I have fished it once through the ice and didnt get a sniff, fished it a bunch in the spring and do decent

last fall b 4 ice ol lady, son and i fished it caught several white bass, crappie, and two legal eyes, so i would assume it would be descent through the ice, but i have never tried it. figured i'd give it a try if i cant get on the main lake.

CRV, Dont take Dave with you if you want to have success. If you do catch fish he will take a pic of him holding your fish then post here that he caught all the fish. We all know how Dave rolls. His secert is out. LOL ;D

I pulled a Dave today and starting fishing out of my buddies hole while he was unhooking the fish he just caught out of it :) Keeping the hole warm...all in good fun

i've always wanted to try that area through the ice. it just looks fishy to me.
