I was able to try them tonight at Alum. They have a great feel when jigging up because of the flat top. I didn't get any bites but they will be great ones.
I think the bigger ones will be great on erie.

I'm looking forward to a smaller version for panfish and crappie in the future, hopefully next year. It's a natural progression. I'd love to have a 1/4 ounce version for the big slabs. It'd be killer when they're actively feeding.

Just got off the phone with Rapala. There's no plans for this ice season for a smaller version of a Snap Rap. Hope it comes along for next year, however the tone of our conversation leads me to believe it's not planned until the 2015 ice season.
