Anybody tried one?i bought one last spring and used it last week for the first time.i was skeptical at first but it reallly works.works great on gills and crappies.get more fillet meat and less waste.still have make cut on head and pull guts out and derib them and take fillet off skin.does two fillets at same time with two bladed knive.my cousin can fillet probably 100 gills in a half hour with electric knife but im slower and one guy can use this while other does the rest.he liked it.

sounds great i'll have tocheck this out, anything that saves time claening fish will be worth the cost, i doubt holhisle will have any need for this, it doesn't take much time to clean the big zero ::)
