Anyone fix underwater cameras?

I recently purchased a used Marcum 350 underwater camera it's an older model and isn't covered under any type of warrenty and it was made before the company was purchased 5 yrs ago.

Any how today it started acting up when you grab the cord it goes blank on the scree but when you rotate and push the cord forward or any other direction it comes back on. Problem is I can't get it to stay on while underwater and I can't get the camera itself apart to redo the cable so I am looking for someone that might be able to fix it for cheap.
