Buckeye Update - Be careful

There were guys out of Fairfield beach today.  The ice is not great. A friend of mine decided to go out fishing and was talking to a mutual friend in a shanty and then walked 15 ft away and all of a sudden, in a flash he was up to his neck in the lake. Went right through just a few feet off the path that others had walked.  I did not fish today so don't  know how anyone did but the ice is still sketchy so check you own ice and be careful.

Thanks for the report.  I may wait a few days to venture over to Buckeye.  I'm fishing somewhere tomorrow though for sure.

Thanks for the info. I was thinking of going to FFB tomorrow, however I think I will give it a couple days.  The upcoming temps. look great, other  than the wind. hop
