We hit Blackhawk Sunday. Not a good day. Didn't see any eyes caught at all. ABout 25-30 fishing all over the area. We caught a few gills and a 12" perch. SLOW DAY. Tried everything and all depthe. Marked ALOT of fish just no takers.

I friend and I caught about 15 saugeye @ Blackhawk Sunday night. 14 were to small to keep.

The one keeper was 25 ", guessing 5 to 6 lb range. Talked two other fisherman @ Black hawk that had a couple keepers but the said 90% of there fish were throw backs.
The said they had 20 plus throw backs each!

Should be a banner year next fall and winter with the large amount of 10"-12" eyes.

Firefish witnessed the 25" saugeye and helped land it.

Red pimple, number 4, was what I used.

Dont know why the eyes aint picking up but the crappie sure are at northfork.
