dont think i,ve met that bunch yet, but i have seen were thay have been. damn shame. and the law would probably not want to deal with what would be to them, a trivial matter. then again if you take care of the problem in your own way they would surely get involved. maybe what happens on the ice stays on the ice

fishing was tough this weekend. only saw dinks caught at blackhawk. my buddy did catch on keeper crappie in the channel on the way out. ice was good every where we checked. 5 inches at lucy's pond. hey ice bucky i made it to north fork. ice was firming up on the edges. use your spud bar though and check it for yourself. only caught on keeper gill there. wind was terrible. almost went ice sailing setting up the shanty

spent the evening bite at lima lake on sat the 23rd.was only about 40 yds off shore in 61/2 ft water good 5inches of ice. looked a little iffy towards the south out past the bend on the west side. saw and caught a lot of dink bluegill. also caught one trout. saw a couple eyes on the cam but they just kept swimming. threw a vibe down the hole and ripped it for a while, they never came back. i'll go back when i can be a little more mobile. cannot find a topo map, the one i have only shows the old river channel. will have to investigate further
