Did good on bluegills Ice was 5inches on long island. North side towards game preserve.

It was 5inches thats no bs. I have inch marks on my scooper, 5 inches Not saying all of it was 5inches but were I was at was 5 inches

How was it getting onto the ice? I had to go out in a little cut off of a laydown to get on good ice the other day... I may have mentioned before that most of the anglers up that way were using a plank to get out over that first 5'-6' from the bank.
Please let me know, I plan on betting to Long Is. about 6:45am on thursday and don't want to get my feet wet to start my morning

It was a little slushy around the edges. We went out were the board was, It only was needed for about the first 2 feet yesterday afternoon, when we came off the ice around 630 it was complety frozen didnt need the board

ratherbe u want to meet up at 6:45 at pulloff, david doesn't think he can make it that early and i would like to get there early for the early morning bite but dont want to walk out alone, if so what will u be driving ill be in a f150 white.
