Stayed til after dark. Probably drilled 15 holes trying to find the man made structure along the causeway. Moved out on the lake. Two nice crappie, lost another slab at the hole. Lots of dink gills and two channel cat about 17in. 10fow and waxies. Didn't start marking them until about 3:30. Ice was a good 6-7 but water on top when I left. Kinda creepy walking back in a thick fog alone, splashing thru the water.... Decent day tho and was nice to get out.

Wish I could've joined you. Maybe Monday morning if decent ice somewhere.

Where at? Causeway area or across the lake in the timber? Seems like each day since I was first out there on Wednesday the bite has tailed off. You working or fishing tomorrow?

How's the ice holding up? I might try to drill a few holes after work.
