Title: (No) Fish and Ice Report Jan 19, 2014
Post by: toadfish on January 20, 2014, 05:26:32 AM
Fished mouth Coldwater Creek with daughter and friend on Sunday, Jan. 19 2014 for 3.5 hours in the evening.  Had a few marks on the vex but no biters.  I did not see or hear of a fish being caught.

Ice was 6-7" thick.

Tubes are open at the spillway, maybe causing the eyes to go to where the water is moving, seeking bait.

I fishing coldwater creek to Sunday I marked a few fish to. Me and my father in law both were saying that when they pole water we think the fish move farther out into the main lake. We tried bluegill fishing earlier in the day but all we caught were small ones. I did mark a couple fish up high at coldwater creek should have brought my crappie rod with me:(.                              Happy fishing
