No That is the docks at the Marina at Alum.

 After October 15th you can fish off of the docks. We will fish of of them all winter when the ice is unsafe.You need apermit to enter while the fantasy of lights are running. You can get a free permit at the park office.

Holy smokes Dave I shoulda been doing that while I was waiting on this stinkin' ice! I wish I'd have checked this thread a little earlier.
