All I can say is WOW, that dude sure blows a hole out quick. Used one last year on Erie and though, boy, sure would like to own one, well, I do and absolutely love it. 9 inches of ice as fast as it takes most augers to warm up, Jiffy has my vote !!! Got the 9" model mainly for Erie and it worked well for bringing my limit home today, caught over 8 and lost as many, 6 nice fish in my fridge !! Mike

It is wise to carry extra breather tubes or at least electrical tape if a repair is needed. If the tube splits, incorrect air amount renders the auger inoperable. Happened to my buddy on Erie last year.
