Saw the little draw on the north side of 36 37 was locked up. Are any of the bigger coves frozen yet?

marina cove has 2" of clear solid ice enough to hold me up

I hear that,2 inches of ice I dont even consider it , thats still skim ice to me! :o

There's a serious pucker factor at 2", but it sure makes you feel alive! If its clear I'll go on 2" with a hand auger and a bucket with my vex, 2 rods, and some bait. And my spud bar and life spikes!!

yeah that was today. I'm only 140 lbs I didn't venture on it but I will sit on it in my shanty Saturday should be 3" by then or I may go to Indian who knows
