Is there anything around the Mount Gilead area fishable? I'm new to the area and haven't made it out to explore yet.

Mt. Gilead state park has some gills, crappie, bass, and they stock it with trout in the spring. I caught a lot of fish with the black worm spots outta there, might be because of it being such a small lake. You're not to far from Alum or Delaware.

I thought about checking the park out. I have an early day at work today and was trying to get a line wet today I might check delaware or alum. Do you know if the gills or crappies have any size?

Grew up in the area... Never caught a fish outa there my entire life
