Title: safe ice!!
Post by: slabslayer on December 16, 2013, 03:31:28 PM
Mogadore out from the T dock had from 4-6 inches on it. I fished within 50 feet of the bridge and it was still 4 inches.  Safe ice here, more detailed report in lake section.

I want to add, although I used a tape and measured 6", no ice is EVER safe. I used my spud all over as I was drilling and fishing. Always use extreme caution on ice, underwater currents can cause extremely thin ice, even where it may look solid. Please use caution on the ice all the time!
