Started fishing at the East brick house off 119 at sunrise. A few small gills is all I got. Ice is nice and hard, not slushy on top and about 4-5" thick.
Moved to Earl's Island around 9:00 after picking up some spikes for tipping jigs. Ended up with a few keeper gills and lots of dinks. 1 Small crappie too. Holes cooled off quick, catch a fish or two then move to get more.
Headed home to Grand lake about noon and caught a couple keeper crappie and more small gill.
