I'm wondering what this rain and snow that we're getting is doing to the ice. If we can survive today, it looks like in NE Ohio we may get another week on the ice. At least I hope so. Nimi was still good yesterday, anywhere from 7-10" of ice. I have my plank with me if it's needed!! ;D

I only have a few inches here in mogadore. And that's blown into drifts. I work in green and had had just a dusting when I got off work. But I don't know about north of here.

I was out on North Reservoir yesterday (Weds) with my son, Nathan. We parked on State Mill rd and trekked to the lil island Crappie Hole. Was slushy, but shocked the ice was only 3-4" thick near the small island. Wind was strong.
The ice was scary and we only stayed an hour or so.

any ponds that I saw open water on are now refroze......that's dangerous.....break out the spud bars

yeah I sorta thought the rain would hurt , it rained hard all night here in the falls. I was hoping to hit moggy this weekend just 2 get in one more trip before it gets scary , :o if any body goes by moggy shout out what ya see ....if I can swing by Friday eve after work I will go down .
