Title: Indian Results 1/31
Post by: Bassnpro1 on January 31, 2010, 07:12:53 PM
I made the trip to Indian today and decided to try out the LI ice. Ice was good at 5+ inches and it was making ice the whole time I was there. There were some areas near shore that looked to have skim ice, but it was 3 inches and clear! Scary to walk on, but it held us fine.
Fishing was non-existent for panfish up there. The high sun and murky water had the fish lockjawed. Had one good hit on a Vibe that I missed and that was it for me.

Fished Dunns today from 7a till 12 and caught 1 perch had to do some family stuff and then came back at 330 and fished till dark and caught 3 more perch all keepers I fished with crv and walleye guy. I think walleye guy had 5 saugeye and 4 perch so i gave him my perch so i did not have to clean them was not a bad day the ice was 5 inches plus and weather was good.
