What are the rough wind direction and wind speed guidelines that an ice angler should not go out on Erie out of Cataba and Perry?

Anything S SW can cause problems . Use your own judgment!

Ne and Se can be bad too. When the winds are 20mph or more can get nasty

Hey thanks guys.  Been kicking around the idea of walking solo but not that experienced at Erie.  Appreciate the help.

I went out Tuesday on foot didn't make it to the big group, to far to go walking dragging a sled in the snow, I imagine it will be worse with what we got last night imo.  Good luck.
