Title: rocky river 4-1-15

my bud and myself fished the upper and lower no takers,only saw one roll,did see a small skipper caught by marina,maybe the coming rain will bring some in,the rangers and game wardens were out also checking licenses,the fine is 155.00 saw one guy get popped. :-\ next stop erie west end.

yep,now will have to wait for the flow to stableize.I don't like going much on sat.or sun.
