does anyone  know if a 36 quart cooler will work for a livewell for bluegill, crappie,s

since its cooling off should work ok , just keep water changed alot

It's worked for me in the past when shore fishing. I drilled a small hike in the side at the top and mounted an aerator on it and never had a problem with fish dying. I still have that contraption, just need a new aerator now, the old one is broken.

Yeah that's plenty big. Keep water cool and clean and they'll be fine. I actually use a sponge filter I got on amazon in mine. Works great.this is mine. Just noticed you said live well not bait well but it will still work
