Finally got on the ice this afternoon - local pond in Powell, OH. Temperature 26F, Ice 5" Thick, Wind Chill took the temperature down to 14F, Fishing in 6' of water, caught 2 large mouth 1-1.5lb. Fishing with tungsten jigs and waxies. I was out for 3hrs and marked quite a few fish.

Good start to the season!

They are pretty warm....I had a little buddy heater on and it kept the chill off nicely...
