This is one of the spoons that I have had luck with when they have them.

Pretty much all I ever use - Hali Ice Spoons. Usually run a small nymph or fly about 12-18" above it. Kinda odd looking, but they work welll. Decent weight too. Tip 'em with maggot, waxie or minnow head.

I like Northland Buckshot spoons. I have dozens in different colors and sizes. Some rattling and some non rattling. That has been my best spoon so far.

just a round head jig for me #6 tipped with whatever,usually plastics for me.

Small (2-3mm) gold tungsten tipped with a plastic and a spike. Smaller the better I think. Big fish still eat them.
