Thanks for the report. Checked my pond last night and could not get on. Had planned on the mill today but may hold off. Could be done for quite a while as temps in the 50's coming for several days. After that it will take a while. Last I heard late feb to be cold. Maybe have some good days then and early March. Tight lines to all.

It won't be real cold, but we should be below freezing overnight for the next couple of weeks.  Any chance you'll have good ice around Feb 20?  I doubt we'll have much on Indian so looking to head farther north that weekend to salvage the season.  Thoughts?
Thanks!

The chance is there for ice but might think about an upground res. like new london. It has been a while since I fished new london but it would most likely freeze before the mill. Also findley res. may be good. Not 100% sure about findley or new london. I am 100% sure that if we do start getting cold I will be checking on the mill and will post what I find.
