Driving up to Cleveland yesterday morning I saw some ponds with skim ice on them. Won't be long now!! Surface temps are dropping fast! 👍

Imagine the ice in your glass didn't last long. If it did, your drink must have been too weak. LOL, A small pond in central Oh had skim ice on it yesterday. Bring on the fishable ice, please.

I almost stood on ice this morning in the marsh. About an inch, we'll get there

Yep ponds in my neighborhood were glazed over 100%, unfortunately just watched the forecast and next week we are gonna be in the 60's. Wtf :'(

I was outside putting Christmas decorations up and sat on the grass while hammering stakes to hold my big blow-up Santa down. There was ice on the grass that stuck to my track pants. When I wen inside and sat down the ice melted and I had that soggy ass feeling for a while......i can't wait for proper ice!

how about jan 10 th for decent ice around here, my guess ! the bay by the golf course usually freezes up first over at portage lakes 8)
